The director of the office, Graham Lockwood, has 30 years of experience in the healthcare arena. This included talking to people and healthcare providers about their conditions such as arthritis, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, COPD, mental illnesses and carers of people with conditions such as mental illnesses. As this was market research Graham became frustrated that while listening to them he was unable to directly make a difference to their lives.
When his father had dementia, he recognised how important it is to be at home for as long as possible so he set up an office to ensure high levels of care and to provide services ranging from help with day to day living to respite care and 24 hour live in care. He chose to have a franchise with Clarriots Care because of their values, outstanding training and focus on ensuring the best quality care for our service users.
Our mission is to provide outstanding care that allows our customers in the Lewes and Wealden districts In East Sussex to not just exist and manage but to live life to the full in comfort and dignity and for their family and friends to have the reassurance that they can know they are receiving safe and effective care.
