In recognition of her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients, Kirsty was presented with a framed certificate as well as a selection of gifts as a thank you from everyone in the Clarriots Care family.
Speaking about her award, Kirsty was overjoyed, telling us “I am so pleased to receive this award, it means so much to me to have my many years within the company recognised and I’ll be hanging my certificate up with pride! I love working at Clarriots Care and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to make a difference to so many people’s lives during my time here.”
7 years ago Kirsty joined Clarriots Care as a Carer because of the difference she could make to her community. In her own words, she explains one of her favourite things about the sector “I love seeing the smiles on our client’s faces when I walk in the door! I know that my actions help them enjoy a higher quality of life.”
The past 7 years have seen Kirsty undertake many different roles at Clarriots Care, helping to shape the services we deliver and inspire the rest of our team to better themselves on a daily basis. Shortly after joining Clarriots, Kirsty became a Senior Carer and following this moved into a Care Co-ordinator role in order to support her colleagues out in the field. After undertaking training, Kirsty became qualified as a Registered Manager and was running her own office within 6 years!
Kirsty’s natural passion for delivering the highest standards of care means she has recently taken on the role of Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager. This means Kirsty is responsible for helping support the entire Clarriots Care network to deliver the same high standards of care that she has been delivering since she joined Clarriots Care all those years ago.
Once again, we’d like to say thank you to Kirsty for the amazing work that she does everyday, and we can’t wait to see how many more lives she changes over the next 7 years!
