In celebration of the 10th anniversary of Clarriots Care, we’ve launched a brand new and improved employment package designed from the ground up to recognise and reward the fantastic achievements of each and every Clarriots Care staff member. Amongst other exciting perks such as free mobile phone insurance and discounts at a range of the nation’s favourite retail outlets, there is also a new Client Referral Scheme to say thank you for helping to introduce new members to the Clarriots family.
Here’s how it works:
1. You recommend Clarriots Care to your friend, family member or neighbour who is looking for a personalised care service delivered to them in the comfort of their own home.
2. When your friend, family member or neighbour makes their care enquiry, they mention to the Care Consultant they talk to on the phone that you recommended Clarriots Care to them.
3. If their enquiry results in a signed care package, you will be eligible to receive your Client Referral Bonus (terms apply).
For every client you refer that successfully joins the Clarriots Care family, you will receive a bonus of £100! It’s just our way of saying thank you for helping us to help others. Not only that, but you’ll also get the satisfaction of knowing that your actions have directly helped someone retain their independence and enjoy a higher quality of life.
The scheme only recently launched in the New Year and we’ve already awarded our first bonus! Judith Sparks, Care Companion at the Lincolnshire North office, joined Clarriots Care in early January 2018 and has gone on to recommend our services to a new client in the area. Judith joined Clarriots Care hoping to learn new skills and support vulnerable people in her community. Knowing that Care Companions need to be caring, approachable, and ready to go the extra mile for their clients, Judith has made a fantastic start to her career at Clarriots Care already.
Naturally, when Judith found that a client of hers was looking for extra support, she suggested that the family look into Clarriots Care. A few phone calls and a care assessment later and the rest is history – we are delighted to welcome a brand new member to the Clarriots family!
